A Center 4 Change is a Kentucky based Counseling and Psychotherapy organization. The agency is certified as a Behavioral Health Service Organization (BHSO), Alcohol and Other Drug Entity (AODE), and CARF accrediated. It was established on April 15 of 2016. At this time, our organization has outpatient locations in Ashland, Russell, Grayson, Olive Hill, and Morehead, Kentucky. We offer an array of services, so we are able to meet our clients where they are on life’s journey and assist each one of them in the best and most effective way possible. A Center For change now offers Telehealth services for anyone concerned with the risk of in-person visits. Telehealth offers virtual visits which are live, synchronous interactive encounters between you and our staff through secured video calls. Call us now for more information at one of our locations. As an agency, we provide client- centered care that is tailored specifically to the individual. More information about specific services offered can be found on the services tab. Please come join us at our supportive, compassionate, and confidential environment where you can seek help for any life problems or experinces you may face. Our staff is a team of professionals, ranging from qualified mental health professionals, targeted case managers, nurse practioner, Kentucky Medication Aids, and peer support specialists, that are equipped with the skills and abilities to be able to assist you in making positive and meaningful changes. We are open seven days a week across all locations, with in- person sessions as well as tele- health options. A Center For Change wants to assure all clients, both past, present, and future that if we are unable to physically be in our office buildings, we are still open and able to help. We can be reached via telephone and can provide remote tele- health services. We understand that this time in history can be scary as well as extremely stressful. Tried to get an appointment through a referral from my dr. They lost the referral twice and after getting it and working with the case manager at the drs office told me that they had received no such documentation. I had spoken with them multiple times about this and provided them my insurance information and everything. All I needed was to schedule, I kept getting told that they would call to schedule and they never did. When I finally called to see what was wrong they said they had no information at all on me. No referral, no insurance, nothing. Absolute nightmare to work with! If that’s how they run their business, I’m glad I never went through with being a patient of theirs.

Worst place for help. Don't waste your time. I have had four therapist. They can not keep any one. Ssi tried to contact them and with no response from them that's why I was going. Will not go back

A center for Change is by and far the best place to seek treatment and therapy hands down . I was a client of thiers for nearly 2 years . Tanya took money out of her own account to buy the workbooks that we needed for our group treatment . Shawn took me to the grocery store and bought me food when I had none . The staff have always been polite and very professional . I can't say enough good things about C4C. They actually care about their clients and not making money off the backs of people that have problems . Thank you A Center for Change for everything you've done to help me . You guys and gals are truly the best !

Under no circumstances would I suggest this business to anyone for any kind of mental help (or any help for that matter) One of the owners, Tonya Bond-Judd, first advertised herself as a doctor. After a bit of probing i was able to find out that she is not a doctor. Things get a little crazier from that. Tonya mentioned several times that she had a BSN (Bachelors of Science in Nursing). I contacted the Kentucky Nursing Board and was able to confirm that not only was she never a nurse, she was actually added to the Kentucky Nursing Impostor list for pretending to be a nurse/practicing as a nurse without ever obtaining any credentials to do so.
