Tesh L1 StarFamily member was referred here, filled out new patient paperwork for their referral more than a month ago, and never heard a word back. My family member finally reached out to try and figure out if they were ever going to get care, and had a response back from someone from a personal email address basically saying they are waiting for an opening. Zero proactive communication to let someone in need of help know what to expect. They never bothered telling them this before so they’ve been waiting for care they don’t even have a plan to give them.
We let our referring physician know and they were shocked they still hadn’t been seen. Avoid them, spend your time trying to find providers who aren’t going to dismiss the importance of mental health of those referred to them.Wednesday 6th October 2021
