This place is a small tier up from the juvy across the street you have the same beds and get served the same food. You can only go outside for about 30 min a day and it’s in a half basketball court with 3 walls a ceiling and a fence on one side. Almost all of the kids there are there for serious crimes, my roommate had 3 armed robbery charges. The manager at this place also lied to me that if I did not work the program that he would keep me there longer (they cannot do that). I would not recommend if you are trying to truly kick addiction, a place that has a 60-90day minimum is a lot better alternative.

Omg memories are flowing back!! This was such a wonderful place to be dropped off alone at such a young age. The staff is outstanding and will go out of their way to help whoever they can. If you're still trying to find a treatment center with compassion yhis is your answer!! Act shaped me during my adolescence and i will admit at the time i was in denial and felt betrayed by my family but after 28 days I didn't want to leave. I even want to go back lol. Give it a try, why not?
