Nancy Stevens5 StarMy good friend was just here. For the second time. The building is under construction but the nursing staff seem to be working around it. The set of nurses and cnas are just wonderful.They work very well as a team. They seem to always be in good spirits and love to see the residents laugh and smile. I visit quite often and everyone was very pleasant. I would recommend this place to anyone.my friend will be getting a knee replacement soon and had said no doubt in her mind she would not choose any other place. Thank you all for taking such great care of my friend and everyone in that building. You are all superheroes in real lifeTuesday 22nd March 2022
Rose S1 StarTHIS PLACE IS THE WORST BY FAR!!!
They lie all the time! They think it’s okay to run with1-2 aides. They adon is a flake! He talks to the residents crazy. It’s been reported more than once! The don just hears you out then pretends she will take care of it! Nothing about this place is good! The floors are a safety hazard also they been working on them for months now I see a shower chair almost get flipped because of the difference in the floor. I won’t say the whole building is bad I met maybe two maybe three good CNA‘s. It’s very clear they don’t get treated the best there. Other than that there’s nothing good about this facility and I hope not everyone make smarter choices. If I could give this facility zero stars I would I hope this helps everybody make their decision easier do not send your family here.Thursday 10th February 2022
Jeffrey Miner1 StarThe staff did not follow the Dr’s instructions. Staff had an I could careless attitude. Bed pans were left unattended. Administrator said they would talk to the staff, which is a repeated refrain in other responses, lip service. Will see that oversight agencies are aware of this very poor performance and culture.Monday 24th January 2022
Debbie Krug1 StarThis center doesn’t even deserve one star. My mother in law was there for 10 days. In that short time she developed a UTI, bed sore and went a week without a bath. From there her life went down hill to her passing weeks later.Tuesday 17th August 2021

Upon visiting my father, I found that not only was his call button not available (It was behind the bed), he had no water and nothing that he needed was within his reach. This is unacceptable for a person who was admitted to the hospital for dehydration, kidney stones, and weakness. All I received was excuses from the administrator, but at least she said she would talk to her staff. I would suggest avoiding this facility.Thursday 30th September 2021
