Patrick N. Green, MD Dr. Patrick Green graduated from SUU Magna Cum Laude in June 2002. He was the founding President of Southern Utah University's Honors Program as well as the first honors program graduate. Hilary Seibert, MD Dr. Hilary S. Seibert, DO, is a family practice specialist in Tooele, Utah. She attended and graduated from Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1985. Ben Roberts, PA Benjamin Roberts graduated from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He has a passion for orthopedics and Pediatrics. He is a husband and father of 5 young children. Jennifer Littledike PA-C Prior to earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies, Jenny completed a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Exercise Science from Utah State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. Craig Yerke, PA Craig was born and raised in the Tooele area. A husband and father of four, Craig enjoys spending his free time with his family and in the great outdoors. His favorite activities are sports, fishing, and hiking in Utah’s scenic wilderness. Alex Burringo, PA-C Prior to becoming a PA, Alex worked for over five years in obstetrics and gynecology clinical research, where she discovered her love of healthcare, particularly women’s health. Alex enjoys spending time with her patients and really getting to know them. Philip Krukow, PA-C Prior to graduating from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions, Philip earned his Bachelor’s degree at the University of Utah. During that time he also worked at Primary Children’s Hospital and as an EMT/firefighter. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, sports and most outdoor activities. "Great staff! They are always friendly & cheerful. I live 45 minutes away & they are very accommodating to the times I can come in for an appointment-- even on Saturdays, which they typically reserve for sick patients (I am usually just trying to get medication refills). Even though I moved to Utah Valley, I still see Dr. Green-- he is caring & compassionate. It is well worth the drive!" "My family has just started using Bonneville Family Practice several years ago. I would absolutely recommend coming here especially instead of vmh you actually get treated like a human being and they are amazing I absolutely love Alex Burringo she is amazing and Sadies is the best and kindest nurse. Thank you all for helping me!!!
