About Boston Comprehensive Treatment Center in Boston, MA

Located in Boston, Massachusetts, Boston Comprehensive Treatment Center provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) to adults of all genders age 18 and older who have developed opioid use disorder, the clinical term for opioid addiction.

Although most people expect a methadone clinic to provide only one medication, our Boston clinic offers both methadone and Suboxone to help patients lessen the cravings and pain associated with opioid withdrawal. Patients who take a medication such as methadone as part of MAT can typically have an easier time stopping their opioid use without experiencing negative effects.

The impact of each medication can vary from person to person, so our expert team identifies the best medication and dose for each patient who seeks care with us. We understand that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to recovery, and we work closely with every patient to determine what works best for them.

Therapies Used at Our Boston Methadone Clinic

At Boston Comprehensive Treatment Center, we differentiate ourselves from other methadone clinics by offering more than just medication to our patients. The opioid addiction treatment services we provide also includes individual and group therapies.

One-on-one sessions with a counselor can help patients start to process the experiences and emotions that may have led them to start misusing opioids. During group therapy, patients can interact with other people who might share their experiences with opioid addiction, allowing them to build a support network that will aid them in their recovery.

Our experienced counselors lead every session, working with patients to help them gain a better understanding of opioid addiction and to develop the relapse prevention skills they need to stay in recovery for years to come.

Individualized Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Boston, MA

Opioid addiction can devastate a person’s life, which is why it’s so important to get professional help if you’re struggling with an addiction to prescription painkillers, heroin, or other opioids. When you seek treatment at our Boston methadone clinic, you’ll be supported by a multidisciplinary team of doctors, nurses, and counselors working together to develop treatment personalized specifically for you.

The care you receive at a methadone clinic like Boston Comprehensive Treatment Center helps you set the groundwork for a life of lasting recovery. We encourage every patient to take an active role in their treatment so they can build the confidence and skills to regain hope for a better future.

This place is HORRIBLE!! Zero professionalism I went back and forth for 2 weeks getting rescheduled because they’re so unorganized and just “rude”.. end of story I never was enrolled due to intake complications. But I would never ever ever ever ever ever... refer somebody to this place!!!! NEVER..not worth the aggravation and time ...

So I visited this clinic today with someone that had an appointment, first off a 15minute planned appointment took 2 hours just to be seen, also the front desk people are extremely rude to everyone that comes in there and I'm pretty sure the front desk staff don't like white people. I have never done drugs, but people with addiction issues are still people and deserve respect. This place, that supposedly is there to help, degrades people with addiction issues. I do hope the ownership sees this and changes their management.
