About Bradley County Comprehensive Treatment Center in Cleveland, TN

Bradley County Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC) provides medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for adults age 18 and older of all genders who are struggling with opioid addiction.

Medication-assisted treatment is an evidence-based, scientifically proven way to give people a better chance at long-term recovery from opioid addiction. It also decreases the risk of relapse.

Our Cleveland, Tennessee, treatment center strives to be more than just a methadone clinic. Our staff of experienced professionals will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that determines which medication is the right choice for your needs. Your plan will include the type of medication, dosage, and therapeutic components that can help you address your symptoms and work toward more hopeful days ahead.

Supportive & Encouraging Treatment for Opioid Addiction in Cleveland, TN

Medication is a major part of what makes MAT effective. But in order for a methadone clinic to offer patients the best chance at long-term recovery, there has to be a significant therapeutic element.

While the medication component of MAT will help you handle any potential physical discomfort from withdrawal and opioid cravings, the therapy sessions you’ll participate in while at Bradley County CTC will help with the mental, social, and emotional aspects of your recovery journey.

Trained professionals oversee all therapy sessions. You’ll work to examine the actions and obstacles that may have led you to use opioids. You’ll also work to establish more positive behaviors as you move forward. By examining your past and understanding what changes you need to make, you’ll give yourself the best chance at the most positive outcomes.

What to Expect at Bradley County CTC Methadone Clinic

The decision to pursue treatment for opioid addiction isn’t easy. Once you decide that a methadone clinic is the right step for you, the last thing you want to encounter is a complicated admissions process.

At our Cleveland, Tennessee, center, we do our best to make the beginning of your time with us a breeze. We’ll start with an intake appointment that allows us to get to know you better. We’ll go through some basic questions about your medical history and any prior treatment you’ve participated in, and then we’ll guide you through some routine tests that will let our clinicians develop your personalized care plan.

Once you’re involved in our programming, we request that you play an active role in your recovery. We want you to fully engage in therapeutic sessions and ask any questions you have along the way. We believe that the more effort you put into treatment, the more benefits you’ll experience — and you’ll set yourself up for a more positive, healthier lifestyle for years to come.

Took a family member there. Seemed great at first. But after several days it went totally downhill. Their rules change daily. Paid cash in advance for treatment and now they won't dose my family members, nor will they refund the money.

This clinic just opened a month ago and the staff is very friendly. They’re open 7 days a week from 5am to 11am Monday thru Friday, and 6am to 9am Saturday and Sunday. It’s very clean with knowledgeable counselors. I only gave 4 stars because they currently do not have the Methadone Disks. It’s liquid only. For the time being, the wait times isn’t bad at all, but will see when they get more patients. Overall it’s very nice.

Watch out they don't take private health insurance, their counselors are a joke, and watch your billing they will charge you double for a week then won't fix it, and they bill a week in advance so your always in the negative, they charge you for days in you didn't go because of no- fault of your own say no transportation or being in hospital, and will medically withdraw you fast like 2 weeks if you owe over 90$ but you always do because they bill you for days you haven't even dosed yet, it's horrible. Don't expect to go over 120 and peak and trough take 4 days!
