The Center for Extended Care at Amherst is a leader in provided care and comfort to aging residents. Once you start the admission process, you know you are part of their family! Their Admissions director makes sure you receive individual attention and will accommodate where ever possible. Once you step into CECAA you are greeted with a with a smiling masked face from reception who is over the moon to make you feel comfortable, always striving to help in any way possible. Also, in the main lobby the Administrator and Director of Nursing are available with open doors, friendly faces, and a huge "Welcome!". The nursing staff is amazing, tending to every need big or small. The rehab team is fantastic in being creative and inventive making sure that whatever is required they will do to get your family member back to 100%. The Center is my first and only choice for care for my family.

Horrible place NO TEAMWORK. My sister was here and the thing that she told me and my family you wouldn’t want your family members there. Rude lady’s that been there for years and are tired of that job. Why didn’t you PICK another career lady’s … Don’t come to this place for a job…. You’ll be working all alone bc no one cares… so good luck !!
