Frank Nitti5 StarI can't even find the words to express how grateful I am to the entire staff at the Chateau. They help me remove my mother from a horrible rehabilitation center in Chicago to there's very quickly. My mom's nurse was always available for my questions and concerns about her medications and her condition. The facility has a warm and inviting atmosphere, I was very pleased with every visit with my mom, I would highly recommend this facility to anyone.Wednesday 27th March 2019
Addison Wilczak4 StarMy grandmother was able to get the care she needed to successfully return home. With out the hard work and care from the facility this wouldn't have been possible. I appreciate all the hard work of all the staff in the facility and am truly thankful for all the staff of my grandma's care.Friday 26th January 2018

Dear Ms. Laura and Chateau Staff,
There are no words to describe how thankful and assurance Chateau Rehab Center makes me feel. In the most delicate family situation and both frightening and concern, for my mother’s care; with sincere humbleness and gratitude I thank you Ms. Laura for your highly regarded assertiveness, attentive and most importantly care.
My mom being 88 years old, after speaking with you regarding my mother’s post health care situation at the other facility, I was desperate to get my mother out of there even though she had grown tired of moving, but the carelessness and how truly neglected and desecrate faculty treatment she was receiving I knew I had to do something quick.
My mom 88 years old suffered 2 heart attacks and a stroke her recovery at the other facility was not up to standards. That facility without my consent packed all of her belongings as if she died. She was sleeping 2 door down for her room, due to the lack of rest and sleep because, her roommate was deaf so the roommate kept the TV on 24/7 and very uncomfortably loud. I had also noticed her blood pressure monitoring was not working right and didn’t have a good read.
I called Chateau. When I spoke to Laura and made her aware of my situation, Ms. Laura took immediate action. She sent her assistant Christina to help my mom with her belongings, sent for my mom bus bring her to Chateau Center. The transfer and transition went smooth! Knowing that my mom felt safe with Christina and the transitions that took place gives me peace of mind. When Christina got there my mom looked at her and said I’m so happy you are here. She is so happy being at the Chateau Center. Thank you, Laurie, Christina! And to all of your beautiful staff, we thank God for you all you’ve done. Thank you sooo much for caring. You’ve provided a better quality of life and excellent care.
It’s reassuring to know there’s a professional medical staff like yours who care. I really appreciate the loving care, the help and support. God bless for your abundant kindness.
Sincerely,
Mother Emma Ivy / Children’sMonday 17th September 2018
