Substance use disorders occur when habitual use of alcohol and/or drugs causes clinically significant impairment, including health problems, disability, and failure to meet major responsibilities at work, school, or home. Individual and group counseling, medication treatments, and supportive services are some of the evidence-based treatments Clinic 5 professionals will utilize. Clinic 5 uses a team approach to minimize the effects and risks associated with alcohol, other drugs, or other addictions. We will tailor treatment planning to meet individual needs and the unique goals of every client we serve.

Carl Monst5 StarThere's only one way to explain clinic 5. There the most understanding nicest group of people you could get to know. They have really helped me stay on the right path an got my life on the right track. Since I've been going here I now have a home, job, an a car. Those are 3 things I haven't had on such a long time it for once I feel good about myself. If there was anything I could do to repay then I would without hesitation.
