Worst MAT clinic in Ohio. Ruthless doctor that loves to throw people off medication cold turkey . Never will get people to return your phone calls . Counselors do not care . So many people are hired and quiting you can't even get on a first name basis with anyone. Trust me go somewhere else. Ask anyone, even the people that go there you will never hear anything good. Only good thing I can think of are the nurses, but they work under an awful human being for being a doctor.

If you are looking for a maintenance program stay away from here!!! I cannot stress this enough. While there are some amazing counselors and employees who really do care, they do not have very much say. Nurse Stephanie Mobley is unprofessional. Unable to keep herself from rolling her eyes, sighing, raising her eyebrows, and mouth wide open when she doesn’t agree with something. If you cross her she will use her authority to do whatever is necessary to fulfill her spiteful nature. Dr. Josef Vrabel is a one size fits all doctor. He does not offer individual care. Your life is worth much more and should be in the hands of people who genuinely care and do not despise their job. Working with addicts is a special job that takes compassion and the desire to make a difference. They will hire anyone and as long as they show up to work and charge insurance it doesn’t matter what happens to you. It’s centered around making money under the guise of offering hope.

I went here looking for help and was told I needed to go to detox to get methadone, and I did go and when I got out I was given the run-around to the point of I was calling literally every day begging for help because I was scared I was going to die out there in the streets. NOBODY ever called me back and I literally called every day for almost 2 weeks. I finally called Akron treatment services and had an appointment that very next morning and got dosed. I wouldn't recommend Commquest to ANYBODY!!! From what I experienced they could care less if you die out there and none of the staff acts like they care about you at ALL. Detox was awesome and all of the staff there was amazing, but that's just not the case with the market street location. I'm so glad I found Akron treatment services and everybody there has been excellent and very caring. I WILL be calling the director of commquest and reporting my experience. And I'm going to find out from my friend who owns a treatment center where I can report them.

Do not expect much from this company . Models are outdated and staff are completely incompetent when it comes to family problems and actually promote family alienation. Facilities are disgusting and outdated personal hygiene seems to be an issue with staff , and residents. Apon entry expect the foul smell of sewage as up keep and repairs are pretty ignored. This place has been around for many years under different names ,or ownership. This i feel is not a good place for proper treatment as residents problems are not delt with adequately and people are not treated fairly or as individuals. Please do not refer this place to loved ones or family members as the programming alienates family members as well as creates more problems by not addressing whats actually going on and baseing all casese off of outdated models .

This place is a joke! Would give it 1/2 star but not able. The counselors are confrontational, the place is filthy, and group sessions are a complete waste of time. The counselors always refer people to a MOP program or something similar to get $ to come into the center. The reason I know this is because I work for the city and that's one of the reasons they stay open..... Not to mention that they think everyone has a problem.
