I had an unpleasant experience, my mom was having a crisis experience. She was referred from her therapist to walk across the street from Columbia River Health to this place Columbia Counseling Solutions to be put into a mental facility due to break down and needing supervision of change of meds. My mom has bi-polar disorder, high anxiety and PTSD. My mother and myself have been in contact with Aspen Springs in Hermiston and they said they have a bed available (all informed of this the same day of my mom going in here to get out somewhere) Community Counseling Solutions told my mom there was no openings anywhere and no openings at Aspen Springs and could not help her. Does my mom have to hurt herself or someone else to get the help she needs? I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. If you want help for you loved one, don’t come here.

I made an appointment at 2pm. I drove 30 minutes to get there and they tell me the counselor left this morning. No phone call or anything. I'm not coming back.

Talk to them on FB messenger adout my depression and after I made an appointment to talk to a therapist they blicjed my... Way to go goad they really want to ousten to me. Heck even that don't care ..
