This clinic has been extremely helpful for me since I began treatment here. I’ve been going to this location of Crossroads for almost two years, and have had mainly all positive experiences with them. The doctors are so kind and caring. They truly do care for their patients, and put the patient’s wellness above everything else. They have gone above and beyond to help me in certain situations when they didn’t have to. The office staff are always polite and helpful as well. I’ve never felt judged here, and have always been treated with kindness. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the call center can be a pain to deal with. You aren’t able to call the office directly, and sometimes the representatives at the call center are unfortunately not helpful, and sometimes even rude. But I’ve only had to deal with them a few times out of the past year and a half. The doctors and the staff here make up for it. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to get their life back on track!
