I have worked at CSSL for over a year. Although I have devoted the last 10 years to SUD treatment I can truly say this company is like no other I have been with. I truly feel like I am surrounded by family when I come into work. We have a program that allows an entire wheel of support to our patients, touching all of their needs including medical, clinical, mental health, case management, legal and vocational reintegration. The support given to the patients reflects the culture we are developing between staff as well. I am so happy here and can't wait to see my career continue to grow while doing what I love everyday.

I picked this place over other job offers because of the reviews among other positives. I very quickly realized it was just another dishonest, operates with no integrity, and in general unorganized recovery facility! Lots of people receive treatment here with excellent results. However, management needs professional development on the ins and outs of Human Resources, employee management and retention, and basic legal/ethical boundaries.

I can tell you what Clean Slate‘s program has to offer, but I would rather tell you what Clean Slate has done. It turned someone who was addicted to drugs and alcohol, who lacked life skills, and survived homelessness into a productive member of society. The person I’m referring to is myself. I was on the brink of death due to my addiction. Clean Slate offered me hope. They offered a roof over my head. They offered me a chance to become responsible and dependable. And man, did they deliver. Because of Clean Slate, I have a team of people around me who help guide me, helped me become self-supporting, and who genuinely want to see me succeed. I am grateful to be a part of a program who’s staff and clients loved me until I learned how to love myself. If you are a struggling addict who wants to experience life beyond survival, consider Clean Slate. It just might be the best decision you’ve ever made.
