My niece has been seeing Alani (child Trauma therapist) on and off due lack of communication from the staff and Alani's lack of professionalism. Since the first session Alani has failed to engage my niece, you can tell she has no patience and it comes through in the way she speaks, breathes and addresses my niece. Her dismissive behavior towards my niece is inappropriate. Most if not all sessions were ended prematurely by her. She does not care about her patients or her patients feelings or trauma.She does not respect patients time. It amazes me that she is a trauma therapist. Alani said goodbye to my niece without having a secure therapist set up. She pretty much said to my niece, I wish you the best, bye and hung up the call, therapy session didn't even last 5 minutes. Didn't check to see if my niece needed to process that information. My niece lost her mom and struggles with other issues and for her to address this situation like so, was unprofessional. She does more harm than good to the kids. Someone needs to talk to her and check the way she's treating her clients because the harm she's causing and lasting impressions she's leaving the kids with, who already have trauma is unacceptable.

If I could give negative stars, this would be dear God, save your self negotiate 10 stars. I was septic and dieing in Infront of them begging for help. Was told to not be so dramatic and ice the pain. Saved at different hospital.(ASANTA MEDFORD. Attacked by billing at this one. CURRY HEALTH.
