I initially rated my visit a 5, but two weeks after Dr. Roviso (Dr. Bergfeld‘a resident) ordered an X-Ray, I STILL have not received a call from him with my results, so I’m changing my rating. I have called asking for the results, and his nurse even called to ask if I have scheduled my occupational therapy. I responded that I haven’t even gotten a call from Dr. Roviso to review his findings. The nurse stated he is new to the office and still learning their way of “doing things.” She said that he did view my X-rays, but didn’t make any notes. Absolutely ridiculous!
