Tracy Snyder1 StarDuring the pandemic, I had a hard time finding mental health resources after both my psychiatrist and counselor lost their jobs. I tried to get through multiple places in town with no call back. So I thought emailing the ADAMH board when my depression became severe would help because I was getting absolutely no help elsewhere. After the first email, I waited over a week and sent another email. I was desperate as my depression was impacting my every day life. I left my telephone number in each email as well just hoping I'd hear from them. My depression was spiraling and it was completely stable before I lost both of my psychiatrist and counselor. They never contacted me in any way. I guess the whole caring about mental health only really matters on paper for their funding. Thanks ADAMH for letting another person slip through the cracks in the mental health system.Tuesday 28th December 2021
Calvin5 StarAfter reviewing financial information for ADAMH,
I was very impressed that their administrative costs
are very low and that the vast majority of their
funding goes directly to supporting important
addiction and mental health programs.Saturday 29th May 2021
S Grancey1 StarDo not vote for this levy. Look to see how much money ADAMH receives vs how much actually goes to victims. See how many success stories. Account for when suicides occur. All people should have access to 211. I did not during my divorce because my then husband of 22 years made over $80000.Monday 5th November 2018
