I have to say that my experience with Family Guidance Centers has been really great they are very organized their staff is kind and effecient they got me back on track with my recovery in ONE DAY I'm Soo happy I chose them for my treatment center Olive my nurse was sweet and professional and the rest of the staff really made me feel comfortable and got me going so quickly There was No wait time maybe a little 5 mins but that's Amazing considering all the work they have to do! Docter G was also effecient and quick to get me off to dose knowing I was going through withdrawals! Dosing was a breeze I can't remember the girls name but she was super friendly and also very professional I feel confident that with this clinics help I won't have to worry about falling off track because they make it easy to stay focused on treatment THANKS FAMILY GUIDANCE CENTER!!

The nurse sucks she’s a huge fan of rules only when she wants to be. My daughter had a concert and I forgot my bottle so she wouldn’t give me take homes for the next five days. So I asked her if I could Dose and come back w the bottle so I can still get my take homes. Getting clean I try to be there for all my daughters concerts and shows. But I happen to have forgot my bottle she wouldn’t even let me come back. And I had to be up early the next day for her concert and do her hair So going to the methadone clinic would’ve ruined everything but she didn’t care she wouldn’t let me come back or anything But I remember when I forgot a bottle before it was OK actually happened quite a few times different nurses are different rules apply and it’s just really annoying. Like don’t you have a heart ITS ONE BOTTLE I pass all my drug tests for two years I work I’m Always bringing my Bottles back. She’s just the only thing wrong with the place otherwise Samantha is awesome she’s great she really cares about you and she really cares about your child she’s fair and she will listen to you and help you. She’s super caring and that’s why she rubs the place. Because she’s awesome. And Lisa is nice too and very welcoming and friendly. The one nurse w the cool tattooes is my favorite. She’s fair and she cares I want her to work all the time

People sometimes complain about the long wait times when someone is getting a months supply of their medication. However, people have to remember there is only 1 window and some of these people getting methadone month supply might not be for them, it could be an assistant to someone who needs pain management due to them having cancer. Not all former addicts get methadone due to past drug use, some people get it for pain management as I had stated. But overall it's usually in and out.
