Two of my children attended these programs in their teenage years …reluctantly. It was rough going as both my teenagers suffered from a myriad of mental illness and rebellion. They were able to work with different counselors individually and us as a family. I know that this was the only program that kept me sane. Now several years later they look back fondly on the other teenagers they met and who helped them. This program laid the tracks for them to survive and thrive in their adult years. The best investment we ever made!!!

Amazing place with amazing people. Helped me through a lot and one of those programs that really care about you and your family. I’d recommend to anyone who is struggling. Changed my life for the better.

Love this place! Maria was an amazing counselor. I now have a better relationship with my parents, I attend AA meetings, and am successful and happy in sobriety. Thank you Marta and John!

Marta has helped me personally in so many ways - through helping me cope with children with drug addiction, marital issues, and getting me through my divorce and on my "emotional feet" again. She has helped me see my value as a person through new eyes - and I am a much stronger woman and mom because of all her help and guidance.

This is a good program for the kids who are willing to work it, but it's not for everyone. During our time here, more kids left than completed the program. If your kid is defiant, and/or strongly addicted, this may not not be the right place or you may want to start with residential. It takes a significant time commitment - 4 days per week for 3 hours each. Parents attend two sessions a week and work all issues out as a group with other parents. A lot of the feedback is helpful, but some not so much. The program is very prescriptive - you do exactly what they say or they will suggest you find another program. It's difficult if you're working with other professionals you trust who have conflicting recommendations. They demand total abstinence. If your kid relapses, they will discharge him/her and refer to residential. Omni Youth has a different approach and will work with kids who are still using. Find what works best for your kid and don't be afraid to try different treatment providers.
