They treat patients like numbers, won't let their patients speak to their prescribing physicians outside of appointments, they also love to rack up charges for months at a time before sending an elongated bill with zero explanation as to why they weren't informed that they weren't being billed to their health insurance. They demand a 24-hour window of when they will send your prescription, regardless of if you have a job or any reason why you would need a reliable time for when you're going to get your prescription. If you call them to try to sort out why it's taking longer than normal they will just tell you that there's a 24-hour window of when they will send your prescription in. I don't know why anyone would go to a doctor's office where you're not even seeing your doctor in person and when you ask to speak to them about your prescription you are told that they may or may not call you back within the next few days.Tuesday 16th November 2021
