Edited: also visited the Bend OR clinic and the doctor and staff are so empathetic, these people are really doing what they advertise. I’ve had numerous experiences with other “treatment centers” who really were very apathetic at best, in regards to the treatment quality and patient satisfaction. IdealOption is different, they don’t punish people for being truthful. They treat chemical dependency as a health issue, which is what it is. Addiction and physical dependency are not the same thing. These professionals at IdealOption understand the difference and they tailor the treatment to the individual, no arbitrary rules or policies that blanket every person they treat. These doctors are really some of the first I’ve met in years that I feel no anxiety about being truthful with in regards to my life and my physical dependency issues. I did not expect a place such as IdealOption to be truly different from 90%+ of all other treatment centers. Suboxone isn’t suitable for everyone. But for me, having been iatrogenically led to dependence issues with prescribed medications, the understood. There is no stigma here. It’s like going in for a dental cleaning. I no longer fear speaking with my doctor now that I am being seen at IdealOption. Both the Bend Oregon, and Eugene Oregon clinics are wonderful! 5 stars.Thursday 27th January 2022
barry snyder1 StarAbsolutely the worst!!! They deal with patients, many of whom are trying to kick opiates. So, they use virtual appointments with 3-4 hours wait time on the phone until 5:00pm. Then, they hang up without a word. This happened to my client twice in a week. This place is worthless.Monday 5th April 2021
