I had missed a couple appointments that I called and notified them of because I had kids sick at home. With the times how they are I can't send them to school when they are coughing/fever/anything. I'm a single mom in a new state where I know nobody. I was told to come in at 9am today and stood outside waiting for someone to come to the door. I was greeted by a blonde woman asking me what I was there for. I told her I had an appointment. She said for what? Who are you? I said I was told to come in at 9 because I had missed a couple appointments. So after driving 30 minutes and explaining my kids were sick and I did call to let them know, she said, "I don't care" . "You didn't talk to me" . "Maybe you should go across the street, they might be nicer over there". I am appalled at the treatment and the words that a so called therapist would use towards anyone. I would never recommend this facility to anyone just because of this one interaction. Someone who doesn't care about a persons children being sick or a single mom trying to get it done shouldn't be a therapist "helping" people. Where is your compassion. Fine you have policies, but you handled yourself in a disgusting manner and I would be ashamed to have you on my staff. No amount of school can help a person be decent.
