My grandmother has been there for 4 days and we got a call from landmark saying that she had to go to the hospital for a “fever” and me and my mother went to the hospital to talk to the doctors and come to find out she got overdosed and was sent up there for being “unresponsive” never ever take your family members here!!!! Not only that the 4 days that she was there they never brought her any food we had to bring her food just so she was able to eat!!! It’s ridiculous!!!

Stockholders, money, control, and power. God bless anyone who has to deal with this. My mothers toenails were not clipped during the shutdown. RNs and Wound Nurses on staff there are qualified to do this, but care orders should have come from administration. When the Podiatrist was blocked from coming in they just did not take care of it. I had to get the Dr to make appointment for her as no one cares what happens there as is the case in most care homes. Patient care during that time should have been a top priority. They have them wear the same filthy masks repeatedly covered in food as well even after double vaccs. If one were trying to make a person ill this would be the way to do it. This is so dangerous. This is neglect.

Big shout out to my nurse Michelle Brown who worked last night and saved my life. My Angel. I had a vascular bleed under a long arm cast. Nurse Michelle Brown heard my cries checked my hand and fought for my rights to get out and get checked at the hospital. I had a vascular bleed due to a severely bad casting the day before out of town. I thank God for Landmark and their high standards of care for their patients and residents. Nurse Michelle Brown is a very caring compassionate Skilled Nurse. Thank You!!!

Landmark said they sent my father in law to the hospital because he had a seizure. After arriving to the hospital test were done and it was determined there was NO SEIZURE, therefore the dr ordered blood work. The blood work determined that my father in law had a uti and kidney infection for so long that it had entered his blood stream. My father in law died with in 2 hours of being there. My mother in law had asked and told them numerous times that something was wrong and he wasn’t acting right, but couldn’t get anyone to do anything. Had this been addressed like it was asked he would be here today probably.
