Life & Health Services is a comprehensive and compassionate Behavioral Health Service Organization in Middlesboro, KY. We specialize in outpatient opioid-abuse treatment. Our goal is to empower you to overcome your addiction and re-engage in a meaningful life. Our team of professional care takers are here to guide you through the process and make sure you receive all the support you need. Our vision is to lead our clients forward toward a life of sobriety. We do everything in our power to help you succeed in breaking the cycle of addiction, and know that with the right kind of help, everyone is capable of healing. Contact us to change your life for the better. This service is conducted in a group setting because we’ve found that individuals respond best to treatment when treated together. We prefer a nurturing approach, with an emphasis on education and empowerment to move forward. We are here to help patients put this phase of their life behind and start anew. Over the next 5 years, LHS will continue to provide compassionate care to our clients through a variety of services, but we hope to provide these services soon at another location to reduce the burden of long travel for our clients. We plan to continue to work with local civic groups and organizations to support our community, but we also want to become more socially responsible by participating more with volunteer work and  becoming more environmentally conscious for example. We wish to promote responsible behavior through our own actions. LHS always wants to hear our clients' feedback to better improve our services. Currently, we provide surveys to all clients when requested and at random intervals. We also welcome feedback onsite via suggestion boxes, or feel free to contact the office manager by email or phone at anytime to provide suggestions or feedback.

This is a very strict but supportive group of professionals. From the doctors all the way down to.the counselor 's and office staff...they are all a very great group of people. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my recovery!!

Very up front place, they offer a kit for what you pay for. $25 Cheaper per month than the Knoxville place I was driving too and they didnt have group or individual counseling. Excited for what life has in store for me

This place is grate . And yes they are a high demanding place but if they wasn't then why go to get clean and be yourself again . I was in a dark place till I came to life and heath people just do your part and they will do their part I promise but you half to met them half way they cant do it for you but they can walk beside you and that's just what they do so just do your steps and I promise they will be right beside you I been there 4 years and without these grate people I dont know where I would be today
