Our therapy office is located within a mile of 95 in northern Portsmouth. Metered street parking is available for up to 3 hours.

We are in a smaller, freestanding red building across from the Rockingham building. Look for the "Counseling Center" sign hanging out front.
To find our office:
On 95N, take Exit 6 for Woodbury Avenue, then turn left on Woodbury. Turn right on Edmond Avenue, then stay on Edmond for half a mile. Turn right onto Maplewood Avenue and stay on Maplewood for almost a mile. Just after Maplewood turns into Middle Street, turn left onto State Street. Our offices will be on the right.

Bastian DiCaprio5 StarI started seeing Dr. Ellen maybe about 15 years ago. I had never been to or talked to a Dr before and I broke down in tears and let it all out with him. He helped me
learn to cope with life, and now I have been doing well for a long time. I am so thankful someone recommended me to go see him. Also; I have been seeing Dr. tomb for about 4+ years. He is a great Dr.. he’s strict when he’s worried about you but in a kind way if that makes any sense. He taught me to really think how I feel and to be aware of how my body and mind are reacting (haha that probably doesn’t make any sense either lol.) But last and definitely not least, are all the girls and guys that work in the office. They are always kind and understanding. Always greet you with a nice smile and tell you to have a nice day as you leave. This place has been a positive step in me loving myself.Tuesday 4th January 2022
Kelly Standen5 StarI love connecting with my provider via online. I have a therapist that I did trauma therapy with. Dr Leonard helped me work through something that happened almost 40 years ago. I finally have some peace about that. My med management is with Dr Tomb. He listens to my needs and has meet them very well.Wednesday 7th July 2021
