Does this clinic offer assistance to pay for the methadone? Son is already going here but got into bad accident a d can't work. Update: I have called for almost three weeks straight and been told they don't offer a grant unless you get denied from medicaid and I don't qualify for that so. I asked for the grant Paperwork and was told Don't bother no one gets approved.

I’ve been on the program for 12 years, I ve had 3 awesome counselors. I stayed with one for 9 years, without her I wouldn’t have made it. She was in recovery herself, so She understood me. It is pretty bad right now, with the employee turnover rate, and organization with the Hurricane season. But with anything there is good and bad. I am sure they will get it back together soon.People need to understand that they are highly critiqued by federal laws. But as long as you do what your supposed to, you will not have any problems.

It has it's ups and downs (like most places) but overall, if you WANT to get clean and you WANT the help, it's certainly there. My Counselor is AMAZING (Shirley) and has been A LIFE SAVER! I HONESTLY don't know where I would be at today if I didn't make the decision to start Treatment. It is as easy as YOU make it!

Well...all seems well on the surface. They give off the impression that they want to help, but when life gets hard, they make it even harder on you. Do not expect any amount of understanding about transportation issues, even if you call. They give false information on policies over the phone about allowing certain things, then when you show up, you are denied those things. The counselors are overworked and underpaid. All of them are your best friend until you need answers as to why systems and policies in place arent working or being held up to the standard that they hold us to. I, personally, have been through 3 counselors because the turnover rate is UNREAL. And Ive been there 6 months. Imagine having to re explain 3 times why you are there, rehashing OVER AND OVER WHY YOU NEED HELP, because the counselors need to "connect". Meanwhile, most of them are so ADD that you cant get them to stop talking about themselves, or they are quitting because its soul crushing to work at a place like this, apparently. Staying on the streets would be easier than coming here. There is more compassion in any dealer Ive ever met, and they dont penalize you, or take away your medicine because THE BUSES ARENT RUNNING CORRECTLY DURING A PANDEMIC. Bottom line is...they aren't very organized. They change routines regularly. They can't keep a counselor to save their lives, and the ones that are there, don't really care. I had to learn the hard way. My advice would be to find another treatment center. And/or be prepared to go through hell here. Also. I just checked their Indeed.page. a group of former or current employees rating the place that they work and the business ethics etc. Their own employees rate this place a 1.8!!! I mean, cmon. Knowledge is power.
