This medical center is the best I've dealt with in decades. Justin Campbell went completely out of his way to be sure I was taken care of. He's very informative and educated about addiction along with mental health illness. When one option didn't work, he reached out until the right one did. I highly recommend speaking to Justin, along with the other employees at this facility.

Heart felt thank you to New England Medical Group and their dedicated staff. An employee of mine could not get clean and sober despite trying several times. I was told to call Justin at New England Medical Group. Justin answered on the first ring and took it from there. Had him in treatment within 6 hours then helped him get after care that I think was the real difference. It’s been a total 180 for this kid ever since!

I came to New England Medical Group lost and frustrated with the lack of linkage to successful outcomes. I have been in recovery a while but I needed assistance with mental health and substance use evaluations and prooving to the courts/RMV I was truly in recovery. With the guidance of Justin and the medical team I now have a valid drivers license for the first time in a decade. My dreams of being a productive member of society are being filled as a result of New England Medical Group’s expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to help me. I came to NEMG straight from detox, scared out of my mind and full of anxiety. Dave never called my Uber, and I didn’t know it then, but that saved my life. I never knew people actually cared, I thought it was always about money. This place is different. This place is where I discovered there is more to life than alcohol and regret. Everyone here believed in me before I could even believe in myself. Never once did I think that a group of strangers could change my life. I walk into this building and honestly feel at home. I can be 1000% myself, be accepted, and a few even think I’m funny. Weirdos. The groups and topics are great, lunch is never bad. I will say one thing. You have to want to change before any of this means anything. They aren’t that great and can cure you lol, but they will give you the tools, guidance, and support that you need to be successful. I will never stop coming here. It’s like family. I have met people here that have changed me. For the good. If it wasn’t for NEMG, I wouldn’t be 136 days sober. I would like to add that the receptionist is magnificent at her job. The big shots are great to, always willing to help and want to see you do good. And the therapists; I could not ask for a better life changing group of people. They supply a keurig with kcups which is cool. And all of the Diet Coke. The couch is comfy when you walk in, but beware you won’t want to get up. 10/10 totally recommend.

Great place to work! The environment for the patients to recover is amazing. The way the team has created a safe environment free of stigma for mental health and substance use disorder care is the future of addiction care in a community setting.
