Othelia Marie1 StarWhile some staff members were quality workers and doing their job well, the lack of management was appalling. They are understaffed and clients were allowed to just walk into the kitchen in the evenings to find snacks. The schedule wasn't being followed. I didn't feel like it was a suitable place to recover from addiction. I asked to transfer to another facility. Patients meds were lost, nurses couldn't find them. I never saw a doctor, who only comes at 3 am! Something needs to be done about this place. I ended up transferring to another facility because of how poorly it was being ran. Hopefully they can get it together for the people that go there in literally deer need of help. This was my experience maybe they'll do.something about it. Who knows.Wednesday 2nd March 2022

Kenneth Smith5 StarThis is where my recovery started! I have been clean and sober for 4 months now and I owe a lot of gratitude to WDR for that. The staff was so helpful and friendly! The food was the best I've ever had in a rehab, and the facility was clean and orderly.. Thank you to my counselor and the techs and nurses for the support I needed to get through the program.
