I have been working for New Vitae (Quakertown House)for a few years now and have loved it since I started. It is the first job I have ever had where I don't mind going everyday and look forward to it, even. The rest of the staff are wonderful and it is like a big family here. I feel that way about the residents as well. I made a decision to go back to school so I can move up within the company because I plan to stay with New Vitae and make this job my career. The owners ( Adam and Donna Devlin) are very much involved on an everyday basis with the staff and residents and do everything they can to show us they appreciate us. They are compassionate and passionate. My supervisor and the Director of Operations ( Brian Considine) is the best boss in the world! Go Brian! Katie Brown is our administrator and she is great too! We are a family here and I feel lucky to have found this place.

Our family has been blessed to find New Vitae. The Pathways program is by far the most wonderful fit we could ever dream of for our son. Trust me when I say there are many sub-par options available for clients who want to live independently with support, but New Vitae has given our son the freedom and dignity he has been looking for. We are incredibly grateful for this place and mostly for their amazing staff who are respectful, smart, helpful and truly invested in the lives of their clients. I have never seen such dedication and loving attention to every aspect of care. We could go on and on about each member of our son's team but suffice it to say that we are beyond grateful for New Vitae. They offer a new way of living, free from judgement and full of support, mentorship and the perfect balance between independence and support. New Vitae has helped our son achieve something he never thought possible; to find meaningful work and to live a productive and independent life at his full potential. At New Vitae, it's all about the people.

Terrible experience all around. Company will sue you for voicing your opinion so I cannot express all the corruption that exists here. My advice - RUNNN! Not worth the experience and I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in their care. (Allegedly 4+ wrongful deaths being covered up by owners and CEO) Apparently - years ago the company changed it’s name (tri county respite) because the state saw such severe neglect of residents in their care. CEO to HR to owners - none are in this business for the right reasons. They see paychecks instead of HUMANS who desperately need care and compassion. All just my (and many others) opinion! Past reviews are from current brainwashed employees.

Highly protective of its patients concerning COVID-19. The patients are served meals and have staff get groceries from the store. The apartments are all nice. I haven’t seen any violence in a 6 month stay here as a patient. Work is possible. Staff tends to psychological needs whether it be something that is going on today or twenty years ago. Co-occurring IOP options. Set in multiple beautiful facilities in Pennsylvania. The doctor got the medicine cocktail right within a month. I get great sleep because of it,and no longer consider myself an insomniac. Strong encouragement to adhere to the rules is always apparent making for more productive members of society who can empathize with all those in mental health and beyond. Staff is forgiving for previous behavior and no grudges are held. When I move on from here fully recovered I will be able to enter society well because of much of the housing and its staff who are so dedicated that it gives the patient something to aspire towards.
