My grandma spent a month at Northwood Hills Care Center recovering from open heart surgery. As hard as it was on us the staff at the facility was super helpful and great at communicating with us on how my grandmother was doing. Even though we were apart from her it was close to home and easy to visit. She was up and better with in a few weeks and ready to return home with us if it was not for the dedication of the Administrative and nursing staff of my grandmother she would have had a lot longer road ahead of her. My grandmother passed away of cancer a few years later and Northwood great service to there residents gave my grandma more time with us! Thank you for all you do and did for our family!

Working with the Rehabilitation staff at Northwood Hills has been informative and a blessing. Karen has taken the time to find out about my mom and has used the information to guide her rehabilitation. As my mother continues to recover from a fall, the staff at Northwood Hills has remained very thoughtful about my concerns with her care and encourages communication when I have questions.

Northwood Hills Care Center is the BEST!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would! The staff here truly cares about the residents and does everything that they possibly can to ensure that they are safe, happy and healthy. I have had multiple family members here and they have all been treated with the utmost respect and received the absolute best care. My mother was here multiple times, my grandfather finished his race here and now my grandmother is here. I wish every long term care facility had the staff that is here. I know without a doubt that if anything were going on with one of my family that was living here that they will contact me as soon as possible. They ensure that every resident has everything they could need. The therapists that are here work hard to make sure that the residents receive any special care they need to be comfortable or to transition back home as strong as possible. Honestly I can't say enough about how well this place takes care of their residents. I would not be afraid to take any family member to this facility! They truly have the best staff anywhere!!!
