Melissa, physical therapist is knowledgeable, patient, understanding, helpful, listens to your concerns. Excellent therapist! Highly recommend her. Everyone of the physical therapists and techs are very friendly and helpful.Front desk receptionists are pleasant, friendly and helpful.

I brought my roommate to the ER at South Seminole. She was in terrible pain and had been vomiting for two days. There was about a 45 minute wait to be seen but once she was past triage the experience was really impressive. Both ER Docs that examined her were patient polite and professional but more importantly they made it clear in word and deed that my roommate wasn’t going anywhere until they had the problem under control.
