Palm Gardens has been taking care of my mother long term for the past year. They have been super nice, good care, and maintained communication with me always. They have handled the pandemic very carefully and protecting their residents diligently. I have been able to visit my mother with no issues. I’m a former Hospital Social Worker, and I highly recommend this place, but please keep in mind, no place is 100% perfect, but the main areas that are important to me, they score very high! Thank you!!

Horrible care! This facility allowed my mom to have multiple Falls with the last fall hitting her head transferring out to the hospital and our family loss her to death within 60 days of the fall.

What is there to say except thank you. Palm Garden helped make the last few months of my grandfather's life comfortable and dignified. The nursing staff was always courteous and caring, and the administration staff was always available to answer any questions or concerns. Even with the Covid restrictions, the staff always allowed us to extend our visits. Thank you for all you did.

Pretty nice facility next to Aventura Hospital. It's clean and , saff is very pleasant but bedside manners/ respect missing. Food is n very good, menu is bland and tasteless. Rehab staff is very good showing excellent skills. Food is not very good, and comes cold, un appetizing most every day.

My mother stayed at Palm Garden for a while during the pandemic and the staff was compassionate in their care. They were great in calling me and keeping me up-to-date, I truly appreciated that. I do want to mention Indiana, who on day one was professional and caring in assisting my mom.
