My brother has been here for about a couple of weeks and even with being short staffed I'm pleased with the care he has been getting. They keep me informed of any changes or concerns almost immediately. Even though I would like for him come home I fill he is in good hands here.

The staff is definitely 5-star! The occasional issue is usually addressed quickly. So why a 4-star rating? The very 1st day my family mbr was admitted, his bedside table had an open, used urinal on it when everything was supposed to be ready for a new occupant. I addressed it with the staff and they handled it immediately. I shouldn't have experienced this to begin with. The place always looks and smells clean like fresh air (no chemicals). I appreciate the efforts made here. The staff communicates well with each other and the residents' families.
