I highly recommend Penfield to anyone struggling with addiction. My husband spent six weeks in Union Point. During his time there, I watched him turn from a man who was tormented by his addiction to a man who found Jesus Christ. Penfield gave our family hope from the moment we dropped him off. After the first two weeks, we were allowed to attend classes on Saturdays. I feel like these classes are helpful for an addict's family to understand what really goes on with the addicts brain. One thing I did like about Penfield is that after the classes on Saturdays we are allowed time to spend with our loved ones. This has helped me personally because I feel like this gave us the opportunity to get things out in the open and not wait until he was home to reopen wounds. You are also allowed to attend church at Grace Fellowship in Athens on Sundays. The church is full of love and worship! ❤ Thank you to Mr. Bill and Ford for loving him and guiding him to sobriety. I pray this facility continues to touch the lives of every single man that walks through the doors.

I just commenced from Penfield after my 6 weeks stay. I could not possibly put in to words how much this place changed my life. I’ve been to treatment centers all over the country. I was in 7 throughout 2021 alone before entering Penfield. If you or anyone you know is struggling with addiction this is the only place I’ll ever recommend from now on. I gave my life to Christ while I was here and worked through all the trauma and self hatred that I never even scratched the surface of at other facilities. I can’t say enough about the staff! I would give it 10 stars if I could!!

Nothing but legal extortion of money from hard working families. They do not honor their word. Im still being stolen from at $200 a month, to date $3650 and my son was there not even three weeks. they care more about money than actually helping. They are Christian as long as you are paying and the Business office and counselors i have dealt with were not professional or well informed. After doing my research, There are plenty of resources much more helpful. Much more Christian, and Much more concerned, considerate and NOT based upon money money money. I work in the legal field and will NEVER again recommend this place.

Penfield ministries is not just an addiction program, it’s a family! My youngest son went through the program in 2016 and is still in recovery today thanks to God and the staff there at Penfield. They helped him dig in, do the work, and it’s changed his life forever. I could not be more proud of him! There are no words to adequately express my gratitude to the Penfield program and the men and women that have dedicated their lives to bringing people with this disease out of the darkness and into the light! God bless you all!!
