There is no cost associated with this complimentary consultation. The consult takes approximately 15-20 minutes. While the consultation is provided by a licensed Physical Therapist, it is not inclusive of a comprehensive physical therapy evaluation or treatment, nor intended to replace your medical provider. Additionally, the complimentary consultation is not available for persons with Medicare, Medicaid, or other federally funded health insurance plans. However, if you are a federally insured patient, please feel free to visit your medical provider to determine if physical therapy is a viable option.

Many thanks to my clinic director @ Georgetown, DE Phoenix PT, Jay Mochacey. I have suffered with agonizing leg pain since may 2021. PCP visits, PT, x-rays , ultrasounds, etc. Moved to Phoenix PT due to work & met Jay. After my progress report indicated no change, Jay researched & realized my condition may have been misdiagnosed. Scheduled one more test and the cause of my pain was correctly identified. I will be forever grateful to Jay for taking the time to research this condition, making my physical wellness a priority, & offer guidance for the next step

They are very friendly and professional. The staff works with you one on one and takes the time to explain everything to you. I would definitely recommend going there. If I ever need physical therapy again, that is where I will go.
