My brother sees Jeff Walker, and he was false-believing what my mother had to say and kept talking to my brother behind my mother's back. Mr. Jeff needs to be fired! and I recommend you people to don't go to this place! I would go to some other place where you feel more trusted.

My Nephew sees Mr. Jeff Walker. My brother was told over these past four years that Mr. Jeff Walker was a counsellor. What a lie!!!!! He is only a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. He doesn't even have his Masters in upper graduation. As a false "Counsellor," he has been treating my nephew incorrectly, because of his lack of credentials as a qualified "Counsellor." No Credentials in counselling, no Credentials in practicing as a Counsellor. All FALSE. My nephew suffers from brain seizures. This has caused harm to my nephew as MR. JEFF WALKER is telling my brother to put my nephew into a Rehab Centre for the rest of his life. My nephew does NOT need a Rehab Centre. He needs to be at home surrounded by a loving and helpful family. This guy is NUTS. Maybe he NEEDS to go to the Rehab Centre. DON'T GO SEE HIM THINKING YOU ARE SEEING A COUNSELOR. BIG FAT FALSE LIE!!! I live Houston, TX and have a Masters in Psychology. Therefore I have CREDENTIALS and can judge this guy as not having any psychology credentials to be called a Counsellor. STAY AWAY FROM HIM!!

I was referred to this place by my doctors office. I only got to see Jeff only one time in the past 4 months and had to go to another PCA to be seen by a psychiatrist. The place wasn’t that clean or professional. I would not recommend anyone to go here it will waste your time

Update - 5-13-2019 They Cancelled my appointment weeks later because i sent in a complaint. They said they can no longer render services to me. Update - 4/25/19: I been trying to send a formal complaint against the staff and looks like i have to either go down and ask the people who i am filing the compliant against for a form to write out and give it back to them OR if i call their head office they refuse to let me file a compliant without very reveling information. TL;DR - People at front desk have no patience or kindness. Treated me like i was an annoying inconvenience, wouldnt help me with any questions i couldn't ask any questions without rudely having annoyed tone of voice or mannerism telling me they refuse to answer me anymore and then started telling to me leave and i need to leave. Original Post: I really don't want to go here but it's my only choice as of now. The staff are very rude and unprofessional! Even their letters they send out are rude. I had to stop going because of they refused to help write a letter to DHS to help keep my EBT/Medical so i thought i was losing my way to pay for stuff so i cancelled my appointments and the letter they sent out basically had the tone of "well i guess you cancelled you dont wanna be seen by us we're closing your file" didn't even get a phone call or anything asking why i cancelled or a grace period something just less than a week just file closed. Other places i been to seem to care enough to give me a call to ask why i was cancelling probably cause its Mental Health. and so a month goes by and then i started receiving letters about i owe them money and the finical people told me i could go down and pay for it well okay weeks later i found out i can keep my medical so i started back up with them cause with my medical BCBS everybody i called nobody can see me over booked couldn't get in until months later etc. So i went down to the Cabot PCA and turned my paperwork and than asked them about the money and they basically dismissed me had attitude like i was an annoying inconvenience and told me to call the finical people and i was just trying to ask them questions they got real hot and puffy literally hand movements raising voice stern tone of voice and than told me to leave every time i would try to ask them stuff they would say leave and you need to leave i could't even ask for their names. They wouldn't even try to look up anything and wouldn't even listen to what i had to say they basically said we told you what we told you and thats it. They treated me like i was an annoying inconvenience. How do people talk to people with Mental Health like that. They don't seem to care about people. and the same attitude when i asked what hospitals are good cause i dont know the area and they basically had rude behavior and basically rudely told me to shut up and fill out the paper work they can't help me with it and started naming ones meanly and just told me to pick one and when i was done basically snatched the paper work from me.
