With the use of methadone, we stabilize the opiate addicted individual. Once a person is on a stable dose of methadone, we are then able to begin developing treatment goals that will assist this person in developing a “normal” life. We place no particular time limit on treatment, and patients are evaluated every year to determine the need for continued treatment

Nate Czerniak1 StarI am looking to transfer and had a few questions because I’m trying to find the clinic best for my needs as there are 5 or 6 clinics in the area. But I definitely will not be going here. The woman who answered the phone was beyond rude. Get a different job if you hate it so much, lady!!!Tuesday 18th May 2021
Do Not Disclose1 StarI am a patient at the Pittsburgh location and if you do what your suppose to there is no problem. But Jodi that works at the front desk is beyond rude and is not friendly. Since her sister is the main supervisor it seems she can do whatever and treat patients however she wants without any consequences. Another issue I have or do not care for is that they are not computerized at all so the counselors bring there own personal laptops and use that as there means of taking notes about patients which would be fine if it was a Progressive computer but what if someone got ahold of the counselors computer since it’s there person computer or they got fired or no longer work there then they have ALL your personal information. They also do not have groups so you have to see your counselor twice a month. I know when I was at another clinic I really got a lot out of the groups, more so than the one on ones. All around Progressive has a very institutionalized feel.Saturday 1st December 2018
