Providence Rehab deserves five stars because this place has a heart and it shows with staff and administrators who care and listen to concerns. I was here for rehab and received wonderful care and encouragement, especially from caregivers Jackie, Sabrina, Savoya, Katrina, and Mary Ann, who saw to my medications. These ladies are professional and dedicated to giving quality care.

My elderly mom is so happy at Providence that she wants to stay there permanently! Unfortunately there is a wait list. I spoke to Rachael Collins at a quarterly meeting regarding options for my Mom. She went above and beyond to help me through an overwhelming process. So pleased with her and the entire staff.

These stars are a reflection of the time, care and hard work that was completed by the social worker, alone. Ms Amirah Guerrero assisted my father and I from the time he arrived to the facility until the day he was discharged. I’m forever grateful for what she has done for us. I wouldn’t have been able to properly care for him if she hadn’t assisted us in the process. The stay at the facility wasn’t good due to some of the nursing staff care minus 3 aides (Erika, Johnathan & Aalejah)and a charge nurse (Madison). Therapy, Transport and front desk staff were awesome as well. The pandemic has put a major strain on the care that patients receive nowadays so to have the handful of staff that I listed above provide A1care is appreciated!

Hello, I am currently a patient recovering from Frontal and Temporal Brain Surgery. I had 2 Subdural Hemotomas surgically removed——Brain Surgery. I was transferred to Providence Rehabilitation from Jefferson Hospital Neurosurgery in Center City Philadelphia, Pa. My care and rehabilitation has been extraordinary. The men and woman from each department consistently treat me with patience, compassion and kindness. I am writing this at the conclusion of my first week and I already feel like my daily care is what would come from friendship relationships more than just a professional patient relationship. Life here as a patient is focused on the people. I highly recommend Providence Rehabilitation.

I was incredibly pleased with the care my father received here before he passed away. The Providence team made sure he was well taken care of both physically and mentally during his last days. The entire staff was amazing and Amirah in Social Services was ESPECIALLY helpful through the entire process.
