This place is a joke! Dual diagnosis? Yeah, they tell a mentally ill 21 yr old that she has to go without her psych meds from Friday til Wednesday until she can be evaluated, then send her off to the hospital when she has a breakdown. After spending the afternoon in the hospital, she’s medicated & sent back to the facility where she’s told that they’ve already discharged her & filled her bed, leaving her completely stranded 5 1/2 hours away from home!

From the driver I had to the most of staff and the nurses went above and beyond for me I am so ever grateful for this place thank you every one who care for me .

If you are looking for a place to go to get away from everyone, then I recommend here. Clients get one 12-15 min call a week. That's it. The staff are very rude. They told my fiance and I when he did his admission I could call any time and get an update. Nope. Even with a release in place they would not tell me anything. I work in a dual facility and we encourage collaboration with families as long as they are wanting to be involved and are positive and sober supports. I filed complaints to the facility that were not responded to. Very disappointed in this experience.

Complete and utterly disturbing experience. Especially the detox. This place is now under investigation because of how I was treated. Awful and very disappointed. They USED to be a great place. The nurses get 5 stars tho for sure

If you are in need of treatment immediately and it’s life or death, go here. If you can wait a few more days for another bed someplace I’d strongly recommend it. As there is always a detox bed open here and once your inside you can see why. Don’t even know where to with is. Got there at 3 pm, process took me till 7:30 to get up to my room. The springs poking through the mattress into my back and side was just that little touch of extra comfort needed to make me feel right at home. The staff was, well 90% useless, rude, and unprofessional. There always passing the buck on to the next person. For example it took 3 days to get my clothes. Yes that’s correct 3 days. But I was a problem patient for continuing to ask about them. Now the detox it’s self was rough. Not as bad if I were at home doing it but pretty bad. The medication regimen did very little to take the edge off. As an IV drug user with a size able habit, 2 mg of Suboxone does very little to stop withdrawal and make you comfortable. Ok But that’s my review. If you need something ASAP go here. If you can wait a day or two safely go somewhere else.
