Michael Durham1 StarOne of the worst experiences of my life. I had to beg and plead with the staff just to speak to my family and the therapist didnt communicate at all about my familys concerns. If you go into this treatment center, dont expect to be able to leave. They will have 10 people talk to you convincing you to stay and will absolutely refuse for you to even call your family. There should be ABSOLUTELY no reason a patient cant reach out to their family within the facility. Half the patients are on copious amounts of narcotics prescribed by unqualified nurses who have absolutely no clue what they are doing. The therapists here are an absolute joke and will not listen to your concerns whatsoever. The rss’s are all on ego driven power trips and act like they are in a position of authority just because they have more clean time. You will have to ask them about 5 or 6 times to get something and even then it isnt guaranteed that you will have your needs met.Thursday 31st March 2022
