Admittedly, I was nervous joining a new doctor's office, but recovery connection has made me feel extremely comfortable since the moment I arrived. Great doctors who listen and do their best to help rather than just going through the motions. Kelly Camara5 StarI called at 9am and got an appointment for my loved one the very same day! Recovery Connection is the real deal! The employees are polite, professional, and empathetic! Each and every staff member we came into contact to was pleasant and eager to help! From the very first phone call we were treated with the utmost respect, and at no time whatsoever did we feel we were being judged. Pauline went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, and she made us feel at ease through the process. While my loved one was in the appointment, I felt comfortable enough to chat with the staff and the entire team of treatment professionals really just made the both of us feel accepted, encouraged and above all....HOPEFUL. The facility itself is comfortable, clean, and filled with light! As someone who's been amongst the addiction recovery community for 10+ years I can confidently say that Recovery Connection is absolutely one of the best places to treat within our community.
