I've never sat there for 2 hours..someone must have been having a bad day. So far I've been in and out fairly fast. Everyone is professional and very kind and non-judgmental

Been going here for 8 months and never failed a screen or missed an appt. And tonight I called to say I need to reschedule and the receptionist told me I couldn't get another appt until Saturday since " I'm missing my appt". That's not for another 4 days .Sounds like they want you to fail ,Want you to relapse and die.
