IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOVED ONE DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE!!! My mother recently had a mild stroke, and after surgery, they recommended this place. Big mistake, let's start with the pictures of the carpet in the room, stained and overall dirty, they had the gall to say that it was the carpet pattern!!! Among other things their supervision is basically nonexistent, she fell 3 times after waiting endlessly for somebody to take her to the bathroom, she finally got up, and obviously had a bad fall, she didn't break anything, and about a week later she had two falls, and they were both the same night, so next day when asked about this situation, they said they were going to install a bed alarm, that would alert them if she tried to get up, one morning we found the device unplugged, and nobody knew anything about it. The "FOOD" actually that is not even close to what it should be called, awful looking, bland, and you can see right away, that it comes from a can or a box. After three weeks they discharged her, in a far worse condition, than when she came in

I think this is a great place to come to get better. Everyone here makes you feel like family. The atmosphere is happy and everyone is encouraging. My room very comfortable and I have all my needs met when I ring my bell. The food is excellent compliments to the chef. Bingo is great, and we have entertainment that comes in every so often. All my arrangements for my appointments are taken care of. Therapy works me hard, I couldnt walk when I came in and Im going to walk out of here thanks to them. This is my second time here for rehab and I feel like this is my second home. Savannah Cove is wonderful and I would highly recommend it.

It has only been a few months, but my father has received excellent care and attention at Savannah Cove of Maitland. The staff is caring, professional, and personable. They keep you well-informed of your loved one's needs and provide reasonable accommodates to resident requests. We are relieved to have found a place that provides the mental stimulation and physical support and treatment necessary for our loved one.
