Guy Big1 StarThe worst. I’ve been trying to take care of my DUI for over a year now. No matter who gets the phone, they are rude and most times hang up if you demand a person and not a voice mail. My case worker, Trail Lynn screams at me and tells me it’s all my fault. Very unprofessional. If you try to go to the office they won’t open the door to let you up to the office. You people supposed to be helping but you all just hurting those that gotta come there.Tuesday 8th March 2022
Todd Kuczynski1 StarI’ve called numerous times and keep given my information to be mailed the evaluation paperwork I’ve spoken to three different individuals which say there putting my info in the system to receive this paperwork I’ve asked every time to get it emailed because it’s obvious that someone actually it seems the entire staff aren’t doing there jobs it’s now been a month and a half I’ve been waiting for this paperwork to begin my course but can’t do to there incompetence!! Like people come to them for help but the way they communicate with others and treat them is totally unexceptable! Like is there no leadership with these people? The office in Wilmington needs to have some kind of supervision as I have had nothing but issues for my clients that come from there. It saddens me to see such a lack of professionalism from an office that is suppose to help people.Tuesday 25th January 2022
