Our residents stay with us on a short term or continuing basis. We are located within a 20-minute drive of Good Samaritan Hospital and Miami Valley Hospital. You’ll find the facility is a tranquil oasis surrounded by professionally-manicured grounds.
Stonespring has an experienced, knowledgeable staff of nurses, therapists, and nutritionists. They get to know each patient and tailor specific therapy and treatment programs to meet his or her special needs.
Complementing the staff, Stonespring has three complete therapy gyms, each with the very latest in machines and exercise equipment.
Additionally, you’ll find a chapel, a Market Café, beauty shop, and a family guest room. And when you are ready to go home, you can return to Stonespring for your outpatient therapy in our outpatient therapy center.

Ashley Bryant1 StarThis place is a nightmare. My mother was there for rehab and the nursing staff was a joke. When you complain about the care, the staff get up set, defensive and rude with family members and staff. They allow patients call lights to be on for 30minutes to an hour without answering them. They leave patients in souls depends for 30 minutes to an hour as well as leave them on bed pans for the same amount of time. The allow patient to struggle to eat when the patient has hand disabilities, they do not supervise or feed the patient even after talking with someone everyday about your concern. The administrator is unprofessional and rude, when talking to her she turns her head away from the conversation and engages in conversation with someone else. Administration lies about staffing, saying they are not short staffed but the entire staff says they are staff say they are short staffed. After hours you have to call a number or extension and when calling that number, you never get through to anyone. You have to wait until someone is leaving their loved one before you can get in the building.so basically you will be waiting about 30 minutes or more outside the automatic doors before you ever get in the facility. They make patients wait in pain pills until the bring the patients other medications which could be an hour or more. They retaliate on the patients when the family complains.Tuesday 15th March 2022
Florence Steed5 StarMy nephew was a resident for over 2 months at StoneSpring. He received excellent care from the staff. Especially the physical therapy staff. Katie, the physical therapist was amazing. I would have been lost without her caring and support. The staff seemed to work well as team, I think it is because they have an awesome Administrator (Jillian) who seem to step in where ever she is needed.Thursday 6th January 2022

No water for a 24 hour period, bedside commode wasn’t emptied for 3 days, I found 3 of my meds on the floor (which explains why I had a migraine for 2 days), I was left to fend for myself with a fall risk designation, the tech, who bathed me, used abusive language, my vitals were checked 1 time out of a 4.5 day stay, very rarely saw an actual RN………………..extremely unethical medical facility. I gave 1star due to not being able to leave a review without selecting a star. 🥲Thursday 20th January 2022
