These people do not care about your mental health. This place is honestly set up as a scam. They take your insurance money leave you wondering where is the help for your condition. It’s like a jail and there are no camera. Gina is an aweful staff member and also has some racial issues.

I went to this place June 16th and got out August 5th.. time went by super fast bc of the “school” they have, this place helped me so much I’ve been sober ever since I got out.. I’ve also met such amazing people there that I’m still talking to outside of the rehab, you walk to school which is the building in the picture or you can ride the van over and you go to school from Monday- Friday from 9-3 and weekends you stay at the institute. Thank you to all the staff that helped me get clean and stay clean, God bless you all.❤️

Overall educational classes were very good aside from a small Portion of staff who are consistently concerned more about their egos than helping clients however I would still give them a 4/5 based on program syllabus alone. My biggest issue is their total ineptitude and willingness to brush a covid outbreak under the rug. I saw the APRN daily for almost two weeks knowing that whatever I was sick with didn’t feel like anything I’d had before and was written 5-7 allergy meds(I’ve never get allergies so was pointless) and was basically told I’m a hypochondriac. They house up to 180 clients in one building, allow clients to admit from home/the streets/detox and do not require covid testing to be admitted nor do they provide testing while there or even allow people to receive outside medical attention or testing without being discharged from the program. 2-4 people were discharged per day for having fevers and they would have the same beds filled by the end up the day. I was very very ill for about 12 days before they finally sent me home at which point I tested positive for covid on the lab results. I have worked in detox’s and programs and understand that it’s a business that can’t survive for free, but it became apparent pretty quickly how much more concerned they are about collecting insurance money than the actual safety of their patients

I was told id see thr dr within 48 hours after 5 days of waiting i left. Staff seemed like they couldnt be bother. I askex if i can get paperwork so i can get a follow up and i got the vibe i was trying to use it to get drugs. Which i needed it for my prozac and so i can use it to get a primary appointment which i needed even more aftet bring around so many sick people. The bottle of prozac i came i with was never given to me and when i went to speak to someone about it they told me i couldn't be on the property. Detox was organized. Rehab is over populated and staff could use some work in not looking at us the same. Alot of assuming any not a place for anyone whos got half a brain. If thats what they go for too keep people off drugs than there doing a good job. Im not even trying to be mean but trust me its enough to make you say im never going back to one of these joints.
