The Substance Awareness Center of Indian River County, established in 1989, is focused on two initiatives substance abuse prevention and substance abuse recovery. These two initiatives are the basis for the programs we offer. SAC is also the fiscal agent for, and lead agency of, the Substance Abuse Free Indian River Coalition (SAFIR), our community’s substance abuse prevention coalition.

The low reviews are obviously all from brain dead meat puppets who don't know how to spell. I get the feeling it's mostly because they're angry about their situations moreso than because the service is bad. Mad people stay mad.Sunday 6th March 2022

killer golem1 StarFront desk staff is very rude and unprofessional. Unwilling to talk to customers or inform them of the process and instead spoke to me like I was stupid. I had to take my son but would not recommend it for services for any age.Wednesday 15th January 2020
