I couldn’t recommend that you send a family member here if they really need help. This style of facility is designed to make you relapse. During my stay it was clear they were over-encumbered with clients—the routine was chaotic and that’s being generous. The showers were disgusting and no actual cleaning supplies were provided for the clients to adequately clean—spray and pray baby. My belongings were misplaced and given to another client and the faculty didn’t have the gall to admit it—belongings are temporary and whoever got my stuff needed it more anyway, so whatever. Staff is generally nice and professional but the operational aspect is lacking.
