I don’t write reviews too often but when I have a good experience, especially something that effects such a personal aspect of my life, I have to share about it. I would highly recommend the Palms Recovery to any male (all male facility) looking for treatment. My boyfriend went through this facility and absolutely loved the place and the staff. I’m sure everyone there is great but two staff members that I know by name, Ian and Lee, were a huge part of my boyfriends journey there. They were more than willing to help me as well by answering all my questions along the way and including me in his recovery process (as much as they could) He’s been to a few other facilities in the past and I would never have negative things to say about those places because ultimately, all they ever did was try to help him; but I can say that the palms was exceptional and successful in fulfilling his original goals upon arrival. #1 stay sober #2 work on inner guilt and growth #3 begin and continue to help others They assisted him with all 3 plus some. I know this was just his individual experience here & the positive experience I had, but I know it’s not only us that have such good things to say. If you’re looking for help, please reach out to the Palms Recovery Center. If you’re dealing with something that’s beyond them, they can give you resources to point you in the right direction. If you know someone who needs help, I can say with Confidence, get them to the Palms. You won’t be disappointed. The palms was imperative to the beginning of my recovery process, all the staff treated like family and pointed me in the right direction and showing me that recovery is possible. I would recommend palms to anyone needing help recovering from alcohol/drug addiction. I met life long brothers I now call family.

It looked decent but after 3 days I realized that I had no support system, was living in a tight space with 4 other people, and that I was absolutely miserable. I would not recommend this facility to people trying to find a new productive life. I’m on my way to a new facility as we speak. The staff were unprofessional and the groups were a joke. We smoke cigarettes all day long and I constantly think I can’t stand the people I’m stuck around.

This place has helped me so much. All the staff are very caring and go above and beyond. Group sessions are great. I highly recommend Boca Cove for anyone who wants to get started to a sober life.
