As a provider, I am always looking for top notch referral sources that will help provide a continuum to the work I've done with my patients and insure a smooth transition to a lower level of care. Topsail is definitely one of those referral sources. They have an incredibly strong clinical team who all have different yet highly effective clinical approaches. They are highly person centered and culturally competent and work very collaboratively with their clients to formulate treatment that best meets their needs. They continue to be an instrumental part of the substance use treatment community and all of the staff I have come into contact with are highly dedicated, empathetic and experts in their field. I would highly recommend if you have a loved one struggling with addiction, or if you are a provider searching for a client to either step up to a higher level of care or step down to a lower level of care, Topsail is the place to do it.

Life changing experience! Topsail provides an open and honest in person or zoom platform for your treatment plan. The Clinicians and staff are genuinely there to help you. Great mix of staffers that will speak from their experiences in life.Open and honest feedback in always welcome in discussion. The staffers are innovative and are always looking to improve their program. The staff has the ability to adapt to the needs of the group and individual to be successful.

I made 2 decisions in the past year that have transformed my life in more ways I could describe here. One was to enter an inpatient treatment program for the first time and the 2nd was entering Topsails program specifically. I simply would not be where I am today without them. The people are truly what made my time there what it was and why I wake up a different person than who I was just a short time ago..the combination of genuine caring and genuine experience made Topsail different from all other programs I had tried previously. They could relate to exactly where I was because so many of them were there themselves. If I could offer advice to someone who is where I was not long ago ,it would be to call Topsail..

Topsail has been a wonderful experience for me and my sobriety. The approach to sobriety that is taken here has by far been the most direct and applicable to real life that I have ever seen. When it comes to sobriety the truth is sometimes painful, but it is very necessary and the staff at Topsail will always give the truth. With most of the staff either being in long term sobriety and working very healthy programs, and or have extensive experience in the field of addiction treatment, it was very relieving to have the feeling of being able to easily relate and talk about my concerns about sobriety. While I was there my counselor Kerri also brought a sense of normalcy to my experience. Treating me as a friend but also being extremely honest with me. With her vast experience in addiction treatment, it a relief to be speak freely with pith the feeling of judgement.

This program and the individuals in it are the reason why my life has turned 180 degrees. From the clinicians and Program directors all the way to the techs and group supervisors, this is one SPECIAL group of people who truly care about changing people’s lives.
